By placing an order at drogrid.com (the “Website”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or place any orders.

  1. General
    • DroGrid is operated by Huimeisheng Trading Co., Limited, a company registered in China.
    • We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be posted here.
  2. Pricing & Payment
    • All prices are in USD and exclude any applicable taxes, duties, or VAT (which are your responsibility).
    • We may change prices without prior notice, but never after you have completed checkout.
    • Payment is processed securely via PayPal or Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  3. Orders & Contract
    • An order is only accepted once we send you an “Order Shipped” or “Order Confirmed” email.
    • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, out of stock).
  4. Shipping
    • Full details are in our Shipping Policy (above).
    • Risk of loss passes to you when the package is handed to the carrier.
  5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty
    • Governed entirely by our Returns & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy.
    • No refunds or returns on used, soldered, crashed, or water-damaged items.
  6. Product Use & Liability
    • Drone/FPV parts can be dangerous. You are solely responsible for safe and legal operation.
    • DroGrid is not liable for any injury, death, property damage, fines, or legal consequences arising from the use (or misuse) of products purchased from us.
    • You agree to comply with all local aviation laws and regulations.
  7. Intellectual Property
    • All content on the Website (photos, text, designs) belongs to DroGrid or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.
  8. Limitation of Liability
    • To the fullest extent permitted by law, DroGrid’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.
    • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
  9. Governing Law
    • These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen, China.
