At DroGrid, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return guarantee on all orders.

Eligibility for Return & Full Refund

You may return unused items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery if:

  1. The product is unused, undamaged, and in brand-new, resellable condition.
  2. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included free gifts are returned complete.
  3. The item was purchased directly from drogrid.com.
  4. You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

What Qualifies for a Return

  • Changed your mind / no longer needed
  • Ordered the wrong item
  • Item does not fit your build as expected
  • You simply don’t like it (yes, really – no questions asked within 30 days)

Return Types & Who Pays Shipping

  • Change of mind, no longer needed, doesn’t fit your build, or you just don’t like it
    • You get a full refund of the item price (original shipping fee is non-refundable)
    • You pay return shipping to us
    • You pay shipping if you want the item sent back (or choose local pickup)
  • We sent the wrong item / you ordered the wrong item by mistake
    • Full refund including original shipping cost OR free exchange
    • We pay return shipping + shipping back to you (both ways free for you)
  • Item arrived defective or damaged (DOA / manufacturing defect)
    • Full refund including original shipping cost OR free replacement
    • We pay shipping both ways completely free
    • No time limit for proven manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used, installed, soldered, or modified products
  • Items with signs of crash, water damage, burnt components, or any physical damage
  • Special-order or custom-made items
  • Clearance / final-sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable at time of purchase)
  • Gift cards

Return Process

  1. Log into your DroGrid account and open a support ticket (or reply to your order confirmation email) within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Clearly state “Return Request”, your order number, and the reason for return.
  3. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
    • If we cover shipping (defective/wrong item), we’ll provide a prepaid return label.
    • If customer-paid shipping applies, we’ll guide you on the best shipping method.
  4. Pack the item securely with all original contents and include the RA number on the package.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item (typically within 2–3 business days), we’ll process your refund according to the table above.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed immediately after inspection. Funds typically appear in your account within 3–10 business days depending on your payment method.
