Shipping & Delivery

Q: Where do you ship from and how long does it take?

A: We ship from China. Standard shipping (ePacket) is 10–20 days worldwide. Express options (DHL/FedEx) take 3–7 days. Tracking is always provided.

Q: Do I have to pay customs duties or VAT?

A: Yes, in most countries import taxes/VAT are the buyer’s responsibility. We mark packages accurately and can’t be held liable for customs charges.

Q: Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

A: Yes, but only if the order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately!

Q: My tracking says “delivered” but I didn’t receive anything.

A: First check with neighbors or safe places. If still missing, open a ticket with photos of your mailbox/area — we’ll help file a claim.

Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: PayPal, all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and some local methods.

Q: Is my payment information safe?

A: 100%. We use encrypted SSL and never store your card details.

Returns & Refunds

Q: What’s your return policy in simple words?

A: 30 days from delivery.

• Defective or wrong item → completely free return + we pay shipping both ways

• Change of mind / don’t like it → you pay shipping both ways, item must be brand-new

Q: Can I return something I already soldered or crashed?

A: No, sorry. Once it’s used, soldered, or crashed it’s non-returnable.

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Processed the same day we receive the item. Money usually lands in 3–10 days.

Products & Compatibility

Q: Will this part fit my drone?

A: Check the “Compatibility” tab on every product page. Still unsure? Send us your build list — we’ll confirm for free.

Q: Are your products genuine (DJI, Caddx, etc.)?

A: Yes, 100% authentic.

Warranty & Repairs

Q: What warranty do I get?

A: 30-day DOA + manufacturing defects covered longer (case-by-case). Crash/water/burnt = no warranty.

Q: Something broke — is repair free?

A: Yes, repair is free (including round-trip shipping). – only for defective products.

Orders & Account

Q: I ordered the wrong thing — can I cancel or change it?

A: Yes, if it hasn’t shipped. Contact us within 2 hours for the fastest response.

Q: Can I order without creating an account?

A: Yes, guest checkout is available, but an account makes tracking and future orders easier.

Q: Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing?

A: Absolutely! Open a ticket or email wholesale@drogrid.com with your list.

Q: When will my out-of-stock item be back?

A: Check the product page for restock date. You can also click “Notify Me” to get an email the second it’s back.
