Warranty Policy
What Our Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects in DroGrid sold products that occur under normal use within the warranty period.
What Is NOT Covered Under Warranty
The following situations are explicitly excluded from warranty coverage:
- Original power connector has been cut or removed, or non-reverse-polarity-protected connectors/plugs have been used.
- Damaged, cut, or frayed wiring.
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, incorrect battery/charger pairing, or misuse of batteries/chargers.
- Any crash-related damage (regardless of cause, including pilot error).
- Evidence of water ingress, moisture, or high-humidity exposure.
- Mechanical damage to electronic components or PCBs.
- Soldering performed directly on the PCB (except on designated external solder pads) or incorrect/defective soldering. If you are not experienced with micro-soldering, please seek professional help before attempting.
- Tampering with or modification of flight controllers (FC), receivers, transmitters/modules, video transmitters (VTX), or any other electronic components.
- Damage resulting from improper installation, incorrect operation, or failure to follow official manuals/instructions.
The warranty is void if the product has been misused, improperly tested, assembled, handled, or operated outside of the provided instructions.
Customer Responsibility It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to operate all products safely, legally, and in accordance with local regulations. The buyer must take all necessary precautions to prevent injury to people or damage to property.
Repair Service
We offer completely free repair service for our own products, including both repair labor and round-trip shipping costs (we cover shipping to us and back to you).
- Repairs are performed at our facility in China.
- Repairs may be accepted even outside the 30-day return window (case-by-case basis).
- We will assess whether the item is repairable.
- No charge for repair or shipping in either direction.
- Repair turnaround time depends on the extent of damage and parts availability.
How to request a repair or return
- Open a support ticket from the account used to make the purchase.
- Provide photos/videos of the issue and your proof of purchase.
- Do NOT ship anything back until you receive explicit return authorization and instructions from our support team.
